We had a productive day with deeptining. Finished off 8 greens with 5 remaining to hollow tine. Once we finish the old greens with hollow tines we will be solid tining the newer greens. Reasoning behind the tining difference is that there is no need to remove much material from the newer greens as they have good mix and reduced thatch. A great deal of sand is being used to fill all holes that will help with creating a better rootzone as well as aid in drainage. Look forward to wrapping up tomorrow.
