The last few weeks were very stressful and labor intensive. Intense storms blasted the golf course and creating a great deal of added work. Guys from the staff have been willing to put in long hours to get things back in shape. Since the bunker renovation we've been fortunate to not have bunker catastrophes, well 2 came in the last 2 weeks. Washouts and standing water, the worst we've seen in 3 years. To reclaim them and then to have to do again in 5 days can deflate a crew, but we all took things in stride and recovered.
As the course dries, we are proud of how things are. The golf course is in outstanding condition despite the challenging weather. We appreciate everyone's support and encouragement! Enjoy the holiday, HAPPY 4th of JULY!!!
