Deeptine Day 2

Deeptine in progress.  Using 1"x 6" hollow tines.  Allows us the ability to remove thatch but also break through the "challenge" layer 4-5" down.

Crew cleaning up plugs behind the deeptine machine

Dragging in sand following the deeptining process.  Sand is porous and gives room for roots, nutrients, and water to travel through.  Creates a great rootszone for bentgrass and help speed the drainage process up allowing for greens to dry quicker and firm up faster.
