Heavy Snows!

All the information is confirming that we will be hit with some very heavy snow throughout the Chicago area.  Range right now is from 16" to 24" but yet nobody is for certain.  Yesterday we did some preparing measures.  Before the heavy snow fall we were out cleaning off the greens where we experienced issues last year.  Last Saturday temperatures were above freezing some some melt took place so we felt it would be smart to check and clear any ice and snow away before it was piled on with another 20" as that snow will be present for quite some time.  As the heavy snow comes down we will be monitoring the roof on our main maintenance facilty.  With the roof being flat lots of snow can accumulate and that could buckle the already poorly conditioned roof.  Close monitoring will take place during this record event.  Everyone be safe!
