Photos from today

It's still falling.  Another .25" since 5:30 this morning.  Since Sunday evenings rain we are now at 3.7 inches of rain for the week. 

Just thought I'd share some photos I just took from around the course:

This is a bubble in the middle of 3 fairway.  These take place when water gets trapped between the knitted root layer and hard compacted soil that roots aren't rooted into

4th green showing where water settles at the low end of the green.  We have some in-house work to do with lowering the approach and swailing it to the catch basin right in front of the green, this way the water comes completely off the green.  Notice where the water sites is where we routinely have issues with turf health, the very front and front right of the green.
